Buell 1190 RS chose faite

Erik Buell Racing 1190 RS La moto à même de courir en Superbike AMA Une production limitée et un tarif supérieur à 30.000 € soit 339.518 MAD Après la fin de Buell, Erik Buell avait annoncé se lancer dans la production d'une moto à même de courir en Superbike AMA. C'est désormais chose faite avec l'EBR 1190 RS. Sur base de 1125 R comme prévu, on retrouve le V-Twin Rotax porté à 1190 cm3, avec la présence du réservoir dans le double cadre. Erik Buell annonçait sa volonté de produire moins d'une centaine d'exemplaires chaque année... On est donc loin d'une production de série et le tarif s'en ressent, puisque l'on parle d'un prix supérieur à 30.000 euros. En tout cas, on est heureux de voir que le retour aux affaires du concepteur se matérialise enfin avec la présentation de ce modèle.
